The following charts include a history of training sessions and corresponding training materials completed by Title IX personnel. The reporting period is from July 1 - June 30 every year.
This training history is provided in response to requirements stated in the Department of Education's Title IX Final Rule, the new federal Title IX regulations that were released in May 2020 to be implemented on August 14, 2020. According to the Final Rule, "Training of Title IX personnel must include training on the definition of sexual harassment in the Final Rule, the scope of the school’s education program or activity, how to conduct an investigation and grievance process including hearings, appeals, and informal resolution processes, as applicable, and how to serve impartially, including by avoiding prejudgment of the facts at issue, conflicts of interest, and bias." We believe the following training satisfies this requirement.
